As many of you know, I am a lifelong tennis player, so of course I came up with the ACE acronym for what we can achieve together at Authentic Leadership Coaching!
With coaching, we help you live into your genuine Authenticity as a leader. There’s only one you! Together we will work on how to best bring your unique gifts of leadership to the world, so that you can enthusiastically serve with Alacrity. This is a word I love which means prompt responsiveness or cheerful readiness.
Coaching also helps build your Confidence in living out your signature leadership style. We also work to help you execute clear and effective Communication, even in “sticky” situations.
Together, we can help you build Empathy for others, so that your actions are perfectly aligned with what is called for with various individuals and situations. All of these factors lead to renewed Energy as you begin to thrive in your personal and professional life.
As with tennis, in life there are days you feel like you’re acing it, and other days you’re not. Either way, the best thing you can do to become a better player is to prepare, practice and play. Authentic Leadership Coaching helps you do all three so that you can serve up many ACEs in leadership & life!
