MEET CHRISTI O. BROWN

The Rev. Christi O. Brown is the owner of Authentic Leadership Coaching, which provides leadership coaching and facilitation for individuals and organizations.  

Christi began this company because of her love for helping others. Drawing on her engineering, business consulting, leadership and pastoral background, Christi is able to help clients identify more efficient and effective ways of being, doing and leading.

Christi loves all things leadership, including theories found in books, podcasts, Ted talks, seminars and collegial discussions. She is especially fond of those which are people and process oriented with practical applications.  

Outside of work, Christi enjoys spending time with (and corralling) her two kids, two dogs, two cats and one husband. Her favorite activities are tennis, pickleball, hiking, reading being with friends and family and anything outdoors.
