Leadership Coaching
We offer a variety of coaching packages which include one-on-one coaching sessions, along with options for personal assessments and leadership content.
One-hour sessions are conducted Tuesday through Thursday from 8am until 2:15pm Eastern time, via Zoom or in-person in Spartanburg.

Leadership facilitation
We offer workshop and retreat facilitation for teams, boards, cohorts and groups around a variety of leadership topics. We custom-design facilitation to meet our clients' needs as well.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
COACHING PACKAGES
HALF-YEAR OR FULL-YEAR
This package is for clients ready to take a deep dive
into executive leadership coaching via learning, processing,
coaching and implementation. It includes top leadership concepts, personality assessments and debriefs, plus 6 or 12 months of leadership coaching as well as coach access.
PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP
COACHING PACKAGES
HALF-YEAR OR FULL-YEAR
This option includes 6 or 12 months of monthly leadership coaching sessions as well as additional coach access.
This package is for clients ready to take meaningful and impactful steps toward meeting and exceeding their professional goals.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
COACHING PACKAGE
This option includes 4-session leadership coaching package. This package is for clients who are ready to set, work on and achieve personal development goals. Self-pay clients only.
